Day 2 – Multi-Cultural Day
Breakfast at the hotel
Step-On guided tour of German Village
Enjoy shopping in the Village
Lunch included at Schmidt’s Restaurant & Sausage House
Afternoon in Dublin for an Irish flare
Potential activities – Choose one of the following
* Holiday Scavenger Hunt (2 hours)– Search for answers to trivia questions about Irish holiday traditions while
tasting a holiday tea, creating professional looking cupcakes, and getting a Celtic collectible.
* Irish Dance 101 (1 hour) – Visit one of the foremost Irish dance schools in North America and meet the instructor
who toured in Lord of the Dance. Learn about Irish dance and watch some young costumed dancers engage in
fancy footwork.
* Ancient Saints of Ireland (1 hour) Learn about St. Patrick, St. Brigid, and St. Columba, the patron saints of Ireland.
Hear stories about their lives and legends and learn to weave a St. Brigid’s cross to take home. (This could also be
done after dinner!)
Dinner & Entertainment in Dublin – choose one of the following
* Sunny Irish Dinner – Add a Fiddler or Guitarist
* Irish Manor House Meal & Cooking Demo – groups get a large meal and learn how to make some Irish food at
home!

Day 3 – Shopping, Gardens and Lights
Breakfast at Nordstroms with fashion advice and shopping at Easton Center
Lunch on own at the Shopping Center
Visit Archiver’s to create your own greeting card
Franklin Park Conservatory & Botanical Gardens
Franklin Park always has a really beautiful display at the holiday season, and their annual “Merry & Bright” poinsettia and evergreen exhibit, along with the gingerbread competition winners
Ohio Village Dinner Show – “Dickens of a Mystery”
