DAY 3 – Germany

DAY 4 – Germany – Austria
Leave Nuremberg for a somber visit to Dachau Concentration Camp. Continue to tour Munich, the capital of Bavaria. After a leisurely visit, depart for Austria where you will spend the next two nights. Landhotel, Kirchenwirt, Austria or similar (B,D)
DAY 5 – Austria

DAY 6 – Germany

DAY 7 – France – Germany

DAY 8 – Luxembourg – Belgium – Germany
After a visit at the American Cemetery in Luxembourg, continue to the historical center of Bastogne, Belgium. Travel into the Ardennes region, known for the infamous ‘Battle of the Bulge’ and to Diekirch National Museum of Military History. DAY 9 – Germany
Travel to Boppard and board a steamer for a Rhine Cruise on the legendary river. After disembarkation, travel to Remagen to view the remains of the Ludendorff Bridge. DAY 10 – Germany – Holland Cross the border into Holland to visit sights significant to the area’s WWII liberation efforts. Cross the Waal Bridge on the way to Nijmegen, then continue to one of the local museums portraying the WWII Resistance in the Netherlands. Continue to your South Holland hotel for an included dinner. DAY 11 – Holland

DAY 12 – Holland – Belgium – France
A day full of travel. Drive, crossing the border to Belgium, to your first stop in Antwerp. After time for sightseeing and independent lunch, proceed toward the French/Belgian border then to your hotel in Caen where dinner will be served upon arrival. DAY 13 – France
This entire day is spent touring the famous Normandy Landing Beaches, including a visit to Pointe du Hoc, Utah Beach, Ste.-Mère-Église Airborne Museum and stops at Omaha Beach, the artillery battery at Longues-sur-mer and Arromanches. DAY 14 – France
Head to the Caen Place Memorial and museum. After the visit, continue to a leisurely lunch break at Pegasus Bridge.
